…. just back from the pediatrician’s office, for the announcement that the boys are healthy as horses. (anyone who has seen them KNOWS that!!) I love hearing it, though .. makes me feel good!!
Both boys have gained (drum roll, please) at least 3 pounds in the past month, thanks to marvelous momma’s milk! Woo hoo! Adam is up to 11 lb, 9oz; while Thomas is tipping the scale at 11 lbs, 11 oz. No wonder those bucket car seats are getting heavy! We’ve been back to the orthodpedist, and Thomas’ hips are fine as well. That was 2 days wasted, as well as mucho co-payments to the insurance company .. just for a little piece of mind.
We’re doing a delayed vaccination schedule … which means we’ll be going back in 4 weeks for the remainder of the ‘recommended’ 2 month shots. I just did NOT feel comfortable with loading them down with 4 shots/1 oral vaccine. Spreading them out make me feel better.
That’s all for now …. duty calls. Have to get ready for work tonight as well. Will post pics of my chubby boys later!
